Services & pricing

Everything we build, and what it costs.

Four services, priced openly and priced low — because AI cut the hours this work takes and we passed that through instead of pocketing it. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed number against a written scope. All prices in CAD, plus HST.

01 — Web

Website design & development

A website is a sales tool, not a brochure. We build sites that load fast, rank for what your customers actually search, and make it obvious what to do next. Then we hand you the keys, so you're not paying someone $150 to change a phone number.

Starts at
$199 CAD, fixed — one custom page, fully set up and running
Multi-page
$399 CAD, fixed
Timeline
3 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity
You get
Design, build, content help, launch, training, 30 days support
Best for
Trades, clinics, professional services, local retail, B2B
What $199 actually gets you

One page, done properly

A custom-designed single page — not a template with your logo pasted on. Your content, your colours, laid out around whatever action you want visitors to take. Mobile-first, accessible, fast, indexed by Google, with a working contact form that emails you. Domain and hosting set up in your accounts, and a walkthrough so you know how it all fits together.

What it doesn't include: multiple pages, a CMS, or custom integrations. Those are real work and they're priced above. If your one page starts sprouting requirements on the call, we'll tell you which tier you're actually in before you pay for anything.

The ladder

  • $199 — one custom page, form, SEO basics, launched and running
  • $399 — multi-page site with a CMS your staff can edit
  • $1,999+ — anything with real application logic behind it
  • Redesigns and rescues of sites that got away from you — quoted on the call
  • Selling online? Shopify does it better and cheaper than a custom build. We'll set it up and make it match your site — quoted on request.

Included at every tier

  • Sub-second loads. Performance budget agreed up front, tested before launch.
  • Accessibility. WCAG 2.2 AA baseline, keyboard and screen-reader tested.
  • Local SEO. Schema markup, Google Business Profile, GTA keyword work.
  • Privacy-respecting analytics. Cookieless by default; a banner only if you truly need one.
  • Copy support. We'll draft and edit with you — most people hate writing it alone.
  • Everything in your name. Domain, hosting, analytics, repository.

Typical add-ons

Multilingual EN/FR from $299 · Blog or resource centre from $249 · Ongoing content and SEO from $199/month · Anything else — Shopify setup, booking integrations, memberships, gated content — quoted on request

02 — Software

Custom software development

Every growing business hits the point where the spreadsheet, the shared inbox, and the seven SaaS subscriptions stop holding together. We build the thing that replaces them — scoped in phases so something useful ships early rather than everything arriving late.

Starts at
$1,999 CAD, phased
Timeline
2–6 weeks for a first working release
You get
Technical design, build, tests, deployment, docs, training
Best for
Operations-heavy businesses, 5–200 staff

What we build

  • Internal tools: quoting, scheduling, dispatch, inventory
  • Client and customer portals with real permissions
  • Dashboards that pull from every system you use
  • Integrations — QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, Jobber, custom APIs
  • Data cleanup and migration off legacy systems
  • Rescue work on projects another developer left half-finished

How we keep it maintainable

  • Boring technology. Widely-used tools any developer in Toronto can pick up.
  • Automated tests on the paths that would cost you money if they broke.
  • Your cloud account. We build in your infrastructure, not ours.
  • Backups and monitoring configured and verified before launch, not after an incident.
  • Written handover. Architecture notes, runbook, and a recorded walkthrough.

Our usual stack

Chosen for hiring pool and longevity, not novelty. We'll work in yours if you already have one.

TypeScript React Next.js Node.js Python PostgreSQL Supabase Tailwind Vercel Cloudflare AWS Docker
03 — AI

AI integration & automation

Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage. The version that removes hours from someone's week: reading the documents, drafting the reply, routing the enquiry, filling in the system of record — with a human approving anything that matters.

Price
Quoted after a free 20-minute call
Why
Cost depends entirely on the workflow — we won't guess at a number
Timeline
Typically 2 weeks to production for a single workflow
You get
Audit, one shipped workflow, cost model, evaluations, training
Best for
Any team drowning in email, documents, or data entry

Where it usually pays off

  • Pulling structured data out of invoices, POs, and PDFs
  • Triaging and drafting replies to inbound enquiries
  • Assistants that answer from your documents, with citations
  • Summarising calls and pushing notes into your CRM
  • First-draft quotes, proposals, and reports
  • Classifying and tagging anything arriving in bulk

How we keep it trustworthy

  • Humans approve what matters. Anything customer-facing or financial gets reviewed before it goes out.
  • Measured, not vibes. We build an evaluation set from your real data and report accuracy honestly.
  • Hard cost caps. Per-run cost modelled up front, spending limits enforced in code.
  • Audit trail. Every automated decision is logged with its inputs, so you can explain it later.
  • Model-portable. Built so you can switch providers without a rewrite when pricing changes.
  • A documented fallback. When the AI is unsure, it escalates to a person instead of guessing.
The AI Sprint

Two weeks, one workflow, in production

Week one: we sit with the people doing the work, map the workflow, and pick the single highest-return target. Week two: we build it, test it against your real data, ship it, and train your team. You end with something running — not a slide deck about what could run.

Why there's no price on this page: automating three inboxes and automating an ERP integration are not the same job, and a headline number would be either meaningless or misleading. Twenty minutes on a call and you'll have a real fixed quote — and if the honest answer is that the workflow isn't worth automating yet, you'll get that instead.

04 — Advisory

AI consulting & training

For businesses that need a plan before a build. Which parts of your operation AI can genuinely help, what it will cost to run, what it will break, what your staff need to know, and what your obligations are under Canadian privacy law.

Assessment
$1,499 CAD, one-off
Retainer
From $2,499 CAD/month — monthly retainer
Team training
From $499 CAD per half-day session
Best for
Leadership teams deciding where to invest

AI opportunity assessment

A week or two of interviews and workflow analysis, ending in a written report your board can read.

  • Every candidate workflow, ranked by return and effort
  • Build vs. buy, with named tools and real prices
  • Annual run-cost estimate per option
  • Risk, privacy, and compliance review
  • A sequenced 12-month plan, not a wish list

Fractional AI advisor

An experienced technical voice on retainer, for teams that don't need — or can't yet justify — a full-time hire.

  • Monthly working sessions with leadership
  • Vendor and contract review before you sign
  • Technical review of what your team is building
  • Staff training and a written AI usage policy
  • Async access for questions between sessions

Staff training that isn't a webinar

Half-day, hands-on, using your actual work. Your team leaves with prompts and workflows for their own jobs, a clear list of what must never be pasted into a public model, and enough judgement to tell a useful answer from a confident wrong one. Delivered in person across the GTA or over video.

Pricing

What things cost.

These are honest starting points, not bait. Your quote lands where it lands based on scope — the price rises with complexity, but it rises from a floor set by what the work genuinely takes.

How billing works. Projects under $1,000 are invoiced once, on completion. Above that, half books your build window and half is due at launch. Retainers and care plans are billed monthly in advance with no minimum term — cancel before the next billing date and nothing further is charged. Third-party costs — hosting, domains, AI model usage, licences — go on your own accounts at cost and are never marked up through us. HST applies to all Canadian invoices.

Not sure which one you need?

That's normal, and it's what the first call is for. Describe the problem in plain language — we'll tell you which service fits, or that none of them do.
